More than 200 charcoal and clear manual panels on nineteen Pluckers patios since 2017, opened in waves of four and five stores, with the first patio rebuilt nine seasons later.

About 330 panels on twenty-nine Chuy’s patios since 2017: clear under the palapas, mesh on the sun walls, fixed clear in the breeze-block prototype, and since 2025 motorized curtains in Chuy’s yellow.
Willie’s Grill & Icehouse
About 170 panels and 20 doors on sixteen Willie’s patios since 2020: manual on the stores as they stood, motorized curtains and mesh sun shades as the group rebuilt them.

Flower Child and Culinary Dropout patios from Austin to Salt Lake City, built to Fox’s design book, manual in the south and motorized as the brands go north.
Fuzzy’s Taco Shop
Fourteen franchise owners in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and Missouri, from red manual panels on a Waco porch to yellow motorized curtains inside Oklahoma City’s breeze-block wall.
Torchy’s Tacos
On Torchy’s patios since 2014: manual clear panels across Texas, two stores on their second set, and black motorized screens for the brand’s Indiana winter.
Del Frisco’s Grille
Motorized curtains matched to the building at every Del Frisco’s patio since 2015, up to 18 feet tall, with Southlake remade in kind after eight years.
The Mint Gaming Hall
12 manual roll clear panels on The Back Yard patio, measured on an active construction site and installed before the casino opened in September 2022, then 7 more on the gable ends. Still rolling three years later.
Fairmont Austin
Eight motorized sun shades on a rooftop pool terrace, 12 feet 6 inches tall between twelve new posts. Installed April 2022, serviced by us ever since.
Zanzibar Rooftop
Seven motorized black mesh sun shades on a seventh-floor rooftop bar for White Lodging: four in November 2020 on a six-week expedited build, three more in January 2024.
The Durham Hotel
Nine motorized rooftop bays that swap mesh for clear vinyl by season, plus ten manual clear curtains, on a 1960s bank turned boutique hotel. Installed December 2016.
Maximo
Five navy motorized curtains with clear windows, four fixed panels and a door around a sloped corner patio, under an awning that stayed. Six weeks from deposit to sign-off.
Crosswinds Pavilion
Nineteen clear panels and a steel door close a community amenity pavilion, with gable panels cut around the stone fireplace. Installed March 2022, serviced by us since.
Flower Child
Thirteen black-bordered clear panels and two steel exit doors on The Domain, built inside Fox Restaurant Concepts’ design package. Installed November 2020.
Pure Social
Nine navy and clear manual panels and two framed steel doors on a patio where the roof and the slab slope opposite ways. Deposit to install in under seven weeks, September 2026.
La Griglia
Five motorized screens set to a curved stucco wall under a striped awning, then three more phases as Landry’s lived with it. Sixteen panels, 2023 to 2024.
Cheba Hut
Four motorized curtains in Cheba green with clear windows, a fixed panel and two framed doors on a corner patio, deposit to install in two months, early 2026.
Hideaway Pizza
Motorized screens on both floors of three new two-story stores, 31 screens with READY Construction, Plano, McKinney and Fort Worth, 2023 to 2025.
